Uptown Cairo – Z14 is part of the Uptown Cairo development by Emaar Misr, located in Mokattam, Cairo.
Our company was responsible for carrying out rectification works and preparing the units for handover to Emaar’s facility management team. The scope involved addressing snag lists, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and delivering the required quality standards prior to final handover.
The works were executed with a strong focus on attention to detail, quality control, and timely completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition to the facility management stage.
Scope of Work: Rectification and handing over to EMAAR facility management.
