Mivida – Parcel 13 & 24 is part of the Mivida development in New Cairo, developed by Emaar Misr.
Our company was responsible for executing finishing works for 13 villas, including all wooden works and MEP works, over a 12-month project duration. The scope required close coordination across multiple disciplines to ensure smooth execution, quality control, and compliance with project specifications.
The project reflects our capability in delivering integrated finishing packages for premium residential villas, with a strong focus on workmanship, technical coordination, and timely delivery.
Scope of Work: Finishing for 13 Villas including all wooden works and MEP works.
