Mivida – Parcel 7 is part of the Mivida development in New Cairo, developed by Emaar Misr.
Our company was responsible for executing finishing works for 18 villas within a fast-track duration of 65 days. The project required efficient site coordination, strong execution management, and strict adherence to quality standards in order to meet the demanding timeline.
The works were delivered with a focus on precision, workmanship, and timely completion, reflecting our capability to execute large-volume finishing packages within compressed project schedules.
